| Adobe Photoshop - What do we use it for? | | Adobe Photoshop might be one of the most succesfull programs, created by Adobe, and probably the best graphic program too.
But the discussion subject is, what do we use it for, so i will start to tell you mine.
I Use it to create pictures, and design logos for the site virtualmanager.com. Im not a proof, so i havent work to do with photoshop. Afterall, i always use photoshop to help me make my pictures more visible, and sometimes, i get some time to make my own wallpaper, wich i really find exciting.But what do you use it for? - of cause its recommended that you have it, but if you walk into this discussion, it might be because youre interrested.:-) | |
| | Adobe Photoshop or Dreamweaver? | | I'm planning to build my own website so I downloaded an Adobe Photoshop CS3. After that I ran the thing but it won't seem to open, I think it has an issue with my OS which is windows vista. So I opted for AP CS4 but I still have the same response, it still won't run. After searching through the web I finally found one that's compatible with my system, the program is called Dreamweaver. The trouble is in my opinion Dreamweaver is much more complicated than an Adobe Photoshop since I've used Adobe in the past before. Is there an AP that's really compatible with my OS so I can start with my fri***n website? | |

| Do you use Adobe Photoshop? | | Hi mylotters,I personally love Photoshop and I use it each and every day because I own my own graphics website with my best friend, we work on the graphics, layouts, coding and much more ourselves because it's cheaper that way. My best friend taught me a lot about the program but I myself learned a lot as well on my own because once you mess around with the program you catch on to things more easily. It's a very expensive program but it's worth every penny because it can do so much and you can make some very awesome graphics and edit photos among other things. There's still so much I'd love to learn on the program but experience with it will only help me out more as time goes on. Do you use Photoshop? If so what do you use it for, did you teach yourself or did someone else teach you to use the program? What version do you use? Do you wish they'd add something to the program that isn't there? Would you take something away? I personally love the program the way it is, I think it's wonderful and so much fun to use and learn new things.I'm interested to see how many people use the program and if it's as popular as it seems to be. | | Adobe Photoshop CS3 vs CS4 | | I personally prefer to use CS3. There are many interesting features to CS4 but sometimes they're not that necessary. Also, the screen size is a hassle. Why cant we just simply click minimize and maximize the psd file?? Lastly, the default workspace is bad.

But after installation I am not able activate the trial version and I am instructed to restart the system or to reinstall the application.
