Are you feel mylot must take care about customer support?
Dear mylotters! I am really enjoying the mylot forum because this is working as a chat program, knowledge sharing site and very big of online earning site! I am feeling the earning and other are satisfying me! especially the work of tasks also! but my big trouble is Customer Support! I have a lot of questions about the new product of mylot tasks! and some questions related photo uploading! but the mylot FAQ page not solving my doubts! so I think mylot must develop the Customer Support! Are you feeling like this? share with me!
Customer Support.
Automated help menues. We've all had to deal with them at one point or another in our lives. What do you think of these automated help menues? Do you just skip to a real agent or do you try to listen to all of the options. I personally hate the automated help menues. The main reason that I dislike them, is because they almost never work the way that they are supposed to. Half the time the automated help, doesn't understand what you need help with. Other times they don't work at all. Do you think that we would be better off without these automated helpers? What do you think would work better? Another issue that I have is with customer service, is when the person helping you, doesn't speak english very well. It is pretty hard to ask someone for help, when they don't understand what you are trying to ask them for help with. Do you think it should be manditory for all customer service reps to speak GOOD english? When you get someone who speaks poor english, do you try to get through the barrier, or do you ask for another agent?
Customer Support Agents
Ever call customer support for something and couldn't understand the person talking to you? I mean really, whenever you have trouble with a product that you had to pay for, especially from a huge company like say Microsoft, you should expect to have a decent customer service line. Besides the fact that their phone quality is horrible (I hear more static than anything else, and NO its not my phone because there's only static when i call Microsoft) I ALWAYS have a service agent who barely speaks English. Now, please don't misinterpret what I'm saying, I am by no means racist, I'm merely pointing out that customer service agents almost ALWAYS have an accent so heavy that you can't understand what they are saying. Or worse, they can't understand what YOU'RE saying. Once again, I have no problem speaking, I speak very clearly and I know this for certain. I once had to give my address and the street name is "Privateer," like the old pirate ships. My service agent insisted that I was saying "Private Tier," which is almost understandable, except that it adds a whole extra syllable that I was not at all pronouncing. Anyone else ever have problems like this?
Hotmail: Email from Microsoft Customer Support re: Password Reset
I keep getting the following an email in my hotmail account from Microsoft Customer Support telling me they're responding to my request to reset my password. Then they provide me a link to reset the password or a link if I don't want my password reset. Is this a phishing scam? Or is it legit? I didn't request that my password be reset. Does anyone else get these emails out of the blue? I want to know if I can safely ignore it.

I must say that I really am impressed with the customer support I have gotten at this site. From the messages they send in response, you can surely tell they are not mere generic: robot sent responses. Has anyone else found this to be the same?I think they should really get some kind of award for their customer support and their consistency in paying month after month. Great job Mylot!

eBay's customer support is horrible...
I purchased a RAM memory for my computer from ebay but it never arrived. It cost me $45.00. I wrote to customer support team and guess what?? I received reply after 8 days with no sentence of apology.... What the f#$%..!!?? What a horrible customer service in the 21st century.. Where are we going friends?Its nice of the seller who has contacted me and has refunded my entire payment through PayPal.. But I don't think I will trade on eBay ever in future..!!

Are customer support lines designed to deter callers?
My internet connection was recently disrupted, and despite checking all the equipment and configuration I could find no problem, so I called the support line of my ISP to confirm that the problem was at their end. My call was answered immediately by a machine so I began to pay for the call before anyone answered, which is very frustrating and unreasonable, before asking me to select from a numbered choice several times. The voice then gave me a 2 minute appraisal of how busy the lines were and how important my call was before putting me on hold with a boring background music track. Every couple of minutes the system cut in to remind me how important my call was and that I could report my internet problem via their website. (very amusing) After 25 minutes I was informed that if I pressed 1 they would take a message and get someone to call me back. Foolishly I pressed 1 and the call was terminated. Are support lines really trying to deter us from using them.
Paypal name is reversed when i added my bank account? help please
hi guys, my paypal name got reversed when i added my bank account. Lets say my name is X Y After adding my bank details when i clicked next it says Name Y X, Now i just want to know if i withdraw my money from paypal to my bank account will i face any kinda problem. There was a same discussion in mylot earlier and one of the guy had the same problem. I m trying to contact him but he has not logged in to mylot since 1 month.Any1 please help me out.Regards
