| Nearly 4M to pay health insurance fine by 2016 | | WASHINGTON - Nearly 4 million Americans — the vast majority of them middle class — will have to pay the new penalty for not getting Health Insurance when President Barack Obama's health care overhaul law kicks in, according to congressional estimates released Thursday.The penalties will average a little more than $1,000 apiece in 2016, the Congressional Budget Office said in a report.Most of the people paying the fine will be middle class. Obama pledged in 2008 not to raise taxes on individuals making less than $200,000 a year and couples making less than $250,000.

ANyway....I did wonder about something. The admin says it will take on illegals next...Of course Obama and Pelosi are in favor of amnesty or a "path to citizenship". My question is this...how many billions will that add to the healthcare reform costs? There are roughly 12 million illegals in this country. Just about all are low income. Which means when they become citizens they will be covered for their healthcare on the tax payer dime. Not to mention all the other social programs they would then qualify for. The vast majority would NOT make enough to even be paying taxes into the system.The jobs the vast majority would get would be low paying or low income. Meaning they would get federal and state taxes taken out of their checks...but at the end of hte year when they did their tax returns they would get it all back. So they would not really be contributing to the system...but they would be taking a lot back out.
Experts (for what that is worth) are estimating that it will cost us an additional 30 Billion tax dollars a year in healthcare costs alone...not including the spike in the other social... | |

Only Insured Apply! | | this is nuts! i personally know from experience how costly health probs can be but i dont know if i would EVER do this! this woman has a very serious condition and was a stay at home mom therefore didnt work enough to get disability and im guessing her husband left her or something because she is looking for a man with her website and youtube ad to marry if his health insurance is good enough! she said she cant afford her medical bills and wont marry anyone without or with crappy health insurance due to the cost it would be on both of them.. shes even going to start up a dating service for more people like her! would you be desperate enough to do this? either be the savior or the person needing a match for insurance? i mean desperate times mean desperate measures but i dont know if i could fake love or whatever so i can get medical attention and wouldnt this kind of be fraud?!?! what do you think?? | |
