On that department who will be involved in interviewing people who were applying for the job but this job is brutal because you will break people's house. There are people who wanted to have the job and you have to be heartless on that part because you are going to reject people daily. There are people who needs the job so bad but they dont have what it takes so you have no choice but to reject them. Do you thin you can handle a job were you will be hated by so many people.

Call center agents dont use their real names
One of the things people dont know about call centers that is the fact that Customer service representatives, Telemarketers,Billing operators,Technical supports,Chat support agents and even Phone sex operators dont use their real names for security purposes. In the case of India and Philippines, Agents use American names so the clients will think that they were not talking to foreigners, In case of Local callcenters in America and Canada, they use codenames for security reasons.

I've been using this site for several years now and have found it to be a handy arena to get inspiration and ideas for work-related issues (and some non-work related issues too). I am upset because I heard this morning from Fox News that there might be another video tape of a beating by a police officer, and this time, it is the brother of the Chicago police officer who beat the female bartender. Unbelievable! I don't understand why this would happen in the first place, because police officers are supposed to represent the standard. I wonder how many more surprises are hidden within the Chicago police. What do yout think about this?
