| some sort of panorama | | hey, guys! took this photo 2 days ago. went to take some photos in the evening to get the silk-effect of moving water. Didn't have the plate that keeps the camera on the tripod with me, so i took some photos with the camera put on some rocks. That kinda sucked, because i didn't see what i was photographing (the camera was about 0.5m in front of me). Anyway, got two shots that completed each other, so i made a panorama.

i went to the mountain side last week-end, more exactly was in Brasov, Romania. That city is awesome! it has a lot of history into it, and also is situated between mountains. Right near the city there is this..hill/mountain called Tampa, with it's peak at a 916m altitude, from which you can see all the city. It was quite a beautiful scene, so i took some pictures and combined them into a panorama.

| Best panorama from bali island | | Bali island is a place that have best panorama in indonesia. there is a place that famous that's kuta beach. Kuta beach have white sand as long as 10 km. And in front of
that beach there are some star hotel which have good facilities with pocket price and not far from star hotel there are shopping area that sell of arts from bali island. And that so important no fear for foreign tourist if you will be ask to seller. they are able to speak in english and i think speak english of them can be say good. After we are shopping then watching sunset in beach... to be continued... (if have spare time) | |

| | How does one shoot panoramic pictures? | | There are times when I have missed capturing the whole wide expanse of nature using my camera. Once when I was in the Himalayas, near Shimla actually, I stayed at a hotel that overlooked a valley. Stepping onto the balcony, we could get a feeling of being suspended over a valley with nothing obstructing us.I shot a complete roll of film (these were 1 megapixel camera days) and when I saw the actual pictures, it looked like I had to join about a dozen such pictures end-to-end to get the effect of what we had seen.How does one shoot panoramic pictures? | |
