How do i find out the owner of a home?
my neighbors are damaging my fence by having this chow mix dog tied to it and its pulling it down slowly and talking to them for months has gone no where.. i know they rent the house but not who the owner or the rental company its through.. if the damage gets worse they are gonna have to fit the bill because its their dang dog and there are trees that they could tie him to they just wanna destroy my fence for some reason.. but since these people are refusing to talk or listen i cant find out anything.. do i call the cops or is there a site to find out the owners?! i dont know how far to go with this since the fence isnt totally screwed up yet but its getting there and i will NOT pay for it! but they dont even look like they can afford food much less to pay for it so i know i will have to fight for it.. what do i do??

Yesterday, I showed an apartment for an owner to a would be tenenat and as I approved of the tenant I told the owner that aI had got a tenant to rent his apartment. The owner came yesterdfay afternoon with not only the keys for the new tenant but also insisted on giving me $500 as he said an agency would have charged him more.I am still on a high. I decided to get the car's problems addressed and $300 has gone on things for the car. Two of my sons have done the pricing and buying on what was needed, and the car is being fixed as we speak. I love it when the boys do these things and I don't have to deal with mechanics as I always feel that they are ripping me off. The owner also insisted that if I take care of any problems with the apartment e.g. plumbing etc for him, he is giving me $60 a month to do this. I told him that I do this for all owners and do not get paid but he said that he would not feel comfortable if he did not pay me even a little money. Isn't he genrous and such a gentleman. Aren't I blessed? Earlier this year I received $500 from a wonderful high profilew guest at the villa where I work part time. Has anything like this happened to you?

what are some marketing tools I may need? I want to exceed my expectations with this job. I want to learn so much from the Property Management/Real Estate industry. I really need ideas from all over so that I can diversify my approaches. Any help with this would be nice.
Is It legally Right To Do This?
Me and my husband have been living in a house for about 5 years. Our rent has been pretty stable since 2004. And we are very good at paying our rent on time each month before the 6th ( anything after the 6th is considered late).. And each time we pay our rent we chit chat nicely with our land lady and ask her sometimes to send the maintenance man out to fix things at our house & etc, a very pleasant exchange with our sweet land lady and never once does does she claim or ask that we owe her money when we go into her office . But even thought we are not behind in rent we almost each month, for the past 3-4 months receive notices from her in our mail saying we owe her MANY months of back pay of rent and she also claim's we owe her for this month's rent and I know for a fact we have paid her, infact me and my husband save all of our receipt's each time we pay. But even though we pay she sends out this " how much we owe her money" notice in the mail and we ALWAYS have to call her, usually I'm furious when I call her, and I say " Look why do you send us this letter each month claiming we owe you all of this money, we have receipt's for each month you claim we owe?" and she always say's...
Do you always go for the underdog or have you gone with the big bad wolf?
I always fancy myself as the "rooter" of all underdogs. Who doesn't want the "Davids" in this world to defeat the Goliaths? But months ago, I read in the news that a local shopping center here has been trying to evict a local eatery from its location. At first, I was indignant! All these money-starving sharks don't care about the small and local businesses. Then I found out that they want to put Cheesecake Factory (http://www.cheesecakefactory.com/) in its place. And that indignation was forgotten instantly and completely. I love Cheesecake Factory and I know it will make me very happy if they're just around the corner. Today, I read in the news again that the local eatery and the shopping center property management have come to an agreement. The eatery still gets to stay but at a different location in the shopping center and the management will pay them a big amount too. So I'm no longer feeling guilty for feeling happy over their ouster. What about you?

First of all, when I moved into my apartment complex initially, I had a wonderful apartment manager, and a more than capable maintenance guy. She got sick and quit, and he got a better paying job and quit. They have been gone over a year. Some of you know the really bad things that have happened under the new people's watch. I live in a low income apartment complex. The following is not a huge deal, but I want to have some fun.
