With the increasing number of Filipinos having difficulties to complete their nutritional needs in the dining table which could link to another predicaments to our government. Now, economical crisis in the country as said will result to many possibilities is really figurative. In the situation of increasing number of crimes happening in Philippines, like bank rubbery, hold-ups and other related activities those are one of the result in economical crisis. Those are the people that has their other ways and means of surviving in the midst of this economical crisis. The government should instead help Filipinos to maximize their potentials to transmute into an income generating activities. | Unnecessarily graphic | | I just received a forward from an acquaintance of mine and it was in regard to not using your cell phone to text while you are driving. Along with the warning were the most graphic pictures I have ever seen in my life. They were pictures of mangled cars, dead people and dead people with arms, limbs and half their torsos missing. I have never seen pictures like this in all of my life. I am sure I will have nightmares tonight and I consider myself to be pretty strong. I have seen commercials that also contain graphic images that were so strong that I couldn't believe they were showing them. Do you think its really that necessary to show these kind of images to get the point across? | |

| Buddy Rich | | I grew up in awe of Mr. Buddy Rich. It took me at least 10 years just to begin to
absorb or comprehend what he was doing with his wrists. To this day, at the age of 40, I still can't play all the stuff he played.When listening and viewing his bio.s, reading interviews, observing photos, and reading fans' stories, not to mention the 5 different times I saw him live, a common denominator appears in his legacy. And that is that he had an ill-disposition. He was known to be mean in public, and rude to strangers. Every time I try to keep him up there where I have always thought of him, this reoccurring theme snaps me out of it. I think the lack of grace affects a celeb.'s legacy, even if they were super awesome. | |
